I copied this article from Wikipedia. This is completely legal, because both Wikipedia and Beijing Wikicity license their work under the GNU Free Documentation License, which allows you to copy and modify the work as long as you impose no further conditions on other people's use of it.
It will probably require some cleaning up, because it's full of links to Wikipedia articles that don't exist on, and aren't relevant to, this website. On the other hand, the information in this article is very useful to have here, and hopefully any useful modifications people make can be ported back to WP.
